2007 KMIS International Conference Call for Papers

The Korea Society of Management Information Systems (KMIS) holds the International Conference on Information Systems on June 1st, 2007 at Korea Science and Technology Center in Seoul, Korea. This conference will provide a forum for international researchers in academia, industry, and government regarding how MIS research can contribute practical value to IT industries. The possible agenda could include the panel discussion between academic researchers and practitioners for this concern, the organic collaborative systems between academia and industry, and practical perspective in editorial review of IS journals. We believe these discussions help promote the value of academic research to IT industries that will contribute to realize the new future.

Instructions for Contributors

1) Official language of the conference is English.

2) Submission Schedule
    April 6, 2007 : Title and 1-paragraph (about 100 words) abstract
    May 4, 2007 : Paper (6 pages)
    May 7, 2007 : Notification
    May 11, 2007 : Camera-ready paper

3) The length of the paper must be about 6 pages excluding the cover page. The cover page should include the title, author(s), author¡¯s affilia-
    tion, e-mail address, tel/fax number, postal address and an abstract of the paper. In case of multiple authors, the responsibility for correspon-
    dence and /or presentation should be noted-stated respectively.

4) Papers must contain original material and not be previously published or currently submitted for consideration elsewhere.
