The Society has Special Interest Groups(SIGs)
SIGs provide substantial benefits to academic and professional organizations, helping their members exchange ideas and keep up to date. The activities of each SIG include holding international and domestic conferences; running various seminars and tutorials, and publishing proceedings. Also, some SIGs offer workshops, calls for papers in special issues of journals, working papers, and pointers to research tools and industry contacts. KMIS funds all SIGs to foster their development and activation.
