Dear Korean IS Scholars,
The Korean Association for Information Systems (KrAIS) was founded in 2004 as one of Chapters in AIS serving Korean members of AIS. Since the KrAIS was founded, various activities have been conducted. KrAIS already organized two formal meetings at ICIS2004 last year and at KMIS Spring Conference on June 2005. KrAIS will continue to provide numerous services and activities that can encourage Korean scholars to collaborate each other and with both non-Korean scholars and industry practitioners.
As one of the KrAIS’s activities this year, the 2nd KrAIS international meeting will be held during ICIS 2005, by inviting all Korean IS Scholars, to discuss the future direction of KrAIS and to share ideas on how to promote the KrAIS (http://www.kmis.or.kr/english_1/KraisEvent.asp). We are expecting to have many Korean IS academics this year. The meeting would be more fruitful if you could join. Also, if you know any Korean IS Scholars, please forward this email to them
If you want to attend the meeting, please let me know your intention to attend the meeting using the email (isjnlee@kookmin.ac.kr) by Dec. 4. It is necessary to know how many attendees we will have. We are looking forward to seeing you. Thanks.
